Rise & Grind begins in the kettle: we boil espresso powder into distilled water, strain it, and make the entire batch with that espresso water. Coffee grounds run through the bar for real scrub power, and the scent is a fresh-brewed cup with a little chocolate and vanilla stirred in for sweetness. Cured for six weeks to a hard, long-lasting bar. Made by hand in Centralia, Illinois.
What it smells like: Strong, fresh-brewed Arabica coffee with soft chocolate and vanilla underneath.
A note on scrub: This is our most exfoliating bar - made for hands, feet, and rough spots. Not for the face, and better as a few-times-a-week bar than a daily one.
Ingredients: Sodium Tallowate, Sodium Cocoate, Sodium Olivate, Sodium Shea Butterate, Sodium Castorate, Coffea Arabica Seed Powder, Coffea Arabica Seed Extract, Fragrance.
How to use: Wet bar, work into a lather, use as desired, and rinse clean. Allow the bar to dry between uses - a well-draining soap dish helps it last longer. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
